Refund policy

Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please email us at hello@founddesignstudio.co to let us know and to request a return authorization.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. They must be unused and in their original condition. Custom orders, apothecary and sale items are final sale. If 14 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Once we have confirmed your return via email, mail the item to us at Found Design Studio, 67 Main Street, Essex MA, 01929. Please include your name, billing address, and the name and address of the person who purchased it if it was a gift. Please include the original packing and packing slip.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 67 Main Street, Essex MA 01929, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
