…to take a leap forward!

This has been a difficult decision to make, but I am also thrilled for what we are planning for the future of the Shop at Found. We have decided to close the brick and mortar shop for a couple of months while we reflect, recharge and implement some exciting changes. Our online shopping experience will remain open during this time, with shipping and local pick-up still available!

As some of you may know, our design offices are on both the second and third floors of our building at 67 Main Street. As the studio has grown, we have begun to outgrow these two floors. In light of this it has forced me to examine the shop: how we are running the day-to-day, we what we are accomplishing, and what we might do better or just differently. So we are taking a step back, closing the doors, expanding our design studio down to the first floor and then will share more about how we plan to still continue to offer beautiful things to our customers, but in a slightly different manner.

In the meantime I can share that our online shopping experience will remain in place with our ultimate goal to have everything available to view and order through the site. We will still offer on site pick-up and of course will ship anything that can be shipped. In stock furniture (new or vintage) will stay as local pick-up only. We will also be implementing “by appointment” shopping. Because although we will be utilizing the first level as design studio, it will still be a highly curated space; when you come in to shop you will get to see a little “behind the scenes”. It’s going to be amazing.

I am wildly excited about this next phase and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your  support. I also want to thank each and every person that spends their day working with me in the shop and studio, none of this is remotely possible without you!! And of course to all of our clients who put their trust in us each and every day - thank you! It means the absolute world to me and I know this next phase will allow us to be even better!
